Introduction
Welcome to Roseland Counselling. By using this website or engaging with my counselling services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or my services.
Counselling Services
I provide professional counselling services using a person - centered aprroach, offering a safe, supportive and confidential environment.
Counselling sessions are available by appointment only.
Sessions typically last 60 minutes.
Counselling is not an emergency or crisis service. If you require urgent support, please contact your GP, NHS 111, Emergency Services 999, or an appropriate crisis support service.
Fees and Payment
The fee for a 60-minute Counselling session is £50.
Payment is must be made prior to each session unless otherwise agreed.
Payments must be made via bank transfer (BACS) , cash or cheque.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session fee.
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the agreed time and the full fee remains payable.
Confidentiality
All information shared during counselling sessions will be treated as confidential.
Confidentiality in rare circumstances may be breached where:
There is a serious risk of harm to yourself or another person.
Disclosure is required by law.
Professional or ethical obligations require appropriate action.
As part of professional practice, I undertake clinical supervision. Client information may be discussed anonymously with a supervisor to ensure safe and effective practice.
