My counselling approach offers a safe space for you to express your thoughts and feelings openly. It’s an opportunity to talk about what you chose to talk about to an unbiased , non judgemental listener. Whether you’re dealing with specific issues or just feel generally unsettled, counselling helps you explore the underlying causes of these emotions and work through them.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes long , and you can choose how often you would like to meet. Some people find that a few sessions are enough to make progress, while others may benefit from longer - term support. We’ll regularly review your progress and decide together the best approach to continue your work.
